Eye Exercises That Help Your Eyes Improve

Staring and straining are the worse things you can do to your eyes. After a long day at work, the eyes are tired and need to relax and renew to improve vision. The constant strain day in and day out does nothing but damage the eyes. Below are three exercises design to remove the eye strain.

The first exercise is the Dot exercise. To do this find a period or comma on the page and focus on making it as clear as possible. Stare at the period until it comes into focus. Chances are after a few seconds the period will actually became less clear and blurry.

3 Reasons to Consider Fixing Your Eyesight Naturally Instead of Getting Lasek or Lasik

If you wanted to quit wearing your glasses or contact lenses you might think that the only option is eye surgery. Many people have gotten eye surgery as an alternative to correcting their eyesight. Lasek and Lasik are very popular for those people who are sick and tired of having to depend on their glasses or contact lenses. What many people don’t know is that you can correct this problem naturally without any surgical procedure.

Do Contact Lenses Hurt?

From my experience I will say that contact lenses do hurt. Maybe not all the time but every once in a while it does. Any time your eyes get dry that's when your contact lenses may become painful or very irritated.

I started wearing contacts back when I was in middle school. I was tired of wearing my glasses because I didn't like how I looked in them. I was often teased because my glasses were so thick. Everyone assumed that I was nerdy and no girls liked me.

Are Glasses Hurting Your Eyes?

Artificial lenses may help improve your vision, but it’s a temporary fix. The main problem with artificial lenses is that they teach you bad habits and allow your eyes to work incorrectly. You quickly become dependent on the lenses and keep your eyes from healing themselves.

Do Eye Exercises Really Work?

The natural way to improve your eyesight is to do eye exercises. Recently I have been trying out different eye exercises to see if I see any improvement. So far it does seem like my vision is getting a little better. I started doing the exercises about 2 days ago.

Starting this month and the next few months I'm going to see how well my vision gets doing these eye exercises. Hopefully I can improve my eyesight to the point that I don't need my glasses or contacts anymore. Only time will tell.

I Don't Want Lasek Eye Surgery

Lasek eye surgery is something that I don't want. For years I've considered getting it but I wasn't sure if it was 100% safe. Also, I didn't have the money to get Lasek eye surgery. Lasek eye surgery is very expensive.

After reading a few articles I've seen that Lasek eye surgery has a few negative side effects. Many people have reported having dry eyes, seeing halos in bright light, and the sensation of having a foreign object in their eye. Also, after you get Lasek or Lasik you have to deal with the pain during the healing process.

Right now my goal is to correct my eyesight naturally. No surgery, 100% natural. I save money and I save myself from the pain.

Introduction

Hello world! This blog is basically for people like myself who have eyesight problems and have been forced to wear corrective lenses like glasses and contacts. I've been wearing glasses since I was about 6 years old and I still wear glasses today. I also wear contacts but most of the time I'm wearing glasses.

I recently found out about how you can improve your vision naturally doing eye exercises. I'm excited to try this out and see if my eyesight improves.

I hate wearing contacts and I'm tired of wearing glasses. The only other option is getting Lasik eye surgery and that's something that I really don't want to do.
